The Data Clean-Up & Optimization Service is the hands-on process of fixing all errors found in your user database. We eliminate duplicates, correct incorrect formats, and remove obsolete data to create a lean, reliable database. This process is mandatory to guarantee the integrity and security of your user data when moving to a new system like MAG ACS Pro-Advance, 701 Client Sql, SmartPSS.

📌 Scope of Work

• Fix Errors: Correct all spelling mistakes, missing info, and inconsistent data (like names and addresses).

• Remove Duplicates: Delete or merge all duplicate user IDs and card tags based on your approval.

• Remove Old Data: Clear out all old, non-active users and unnecessary tags to make the database smaller and safer.

• Optimize Structure: Reorganize the internal file layout for better performance and easier handling in the next stage.

• Final Secure Backup: Create a secure, final copy of the cleaned data.
